Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?▼
Yes. Pro can be cancelled directly in the App Store or Google Play at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How accurate is the card scanner?▼
The scanner uses a combination of OCR text recognition and visual feature matching to identify cards. It handles different languages, editions, and foil variants. If a scan is ambiguous, the app presents the top candidates for you to confirm.
Does the free plan ever expire?▼
No. The free plan is free forever. Grade estimate credits reset each calendar month.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?▼
Free gives you unlimited scans, collection tracking, and 25 grade estimates per month. Pro unlocks everything else — 300 grade estimates per month, batch scan, price alerts, the trade evaluator, sale logging, CSV export, priority support, and no ads.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?▼
Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time through the app. Switching to yearly is prorated.
